In order to help enterprises get familiar with the rules of international trade and investment, and better explore the markets along the "the Belt and Road", on May 20, a training course on the application of international trade practices hosted by the China International Chamber of Commerce and organized by the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce was held in the Guangdong Huaxin Center. Nearly 40 persons from all over the country and vice president units of the Guangdong International Chamber of Commerce attended the training, which mainly included the practical application of Incoterms International trade contract risk management, letter of credit practice and risk, export credit insurance, etc.

Professor Li Shimin from Beijing Business University first explained several issues in the practical use of Incoterms to the trainees. He introduced the development process of international trade terms and their applicable fields in various countries, and analyzed the problems and solutions of FOB and CIF in international trade through case studies. Lawyer Dong Xiao from Anjie Law Firm introduced the risks of foreign trade, contract management, legal terms, and intellectual property rights to the students in detail. Li Xia from Guangfa Bank introduced the most widely used rules for the use of letters of credit in international trade, common problems, and risk management from a practical perspective, providing answers to students' questions and doubts in practical work. Finally, Zhang Kai, the assistant general manager of the business department of China Export credit insurance Corporation Guangdong Branch, shared China's export credit insurance and overseas investment insurance policies and the cases of export investment risk management of enterprises in our province in recent years. After the training, the trainees and lecturers had in-depth discussions and exchanges on relevant contents.

This training closely focused on the theme of helping enterprises to explore the "the Belt and Road" market. Proceeding from the actual work needs of enterprises, focusing on business practicality, it explained to the trainees how to reduce the risks of international investment and trade through international trade practice, law, finance and insurance and other different angles, helped enterprises master the "going out" risk management tools, and improved the business level of enterprises in foreign investment and trade business, In the future, we will continue to hold business training on markets along the "the Belt and Road".
