Canton Fair
This year's Canton Fair will be held online from June 15th to 24th, with Tencent providing technical support and the platform still under development. It is expected to open for use in early May. At present, the official of the Canton Fair has issued invitations to over 400000 overseas buyers who have attended the event.
Several issues of general concern to everyone:
How to participate? All participating enterprises that have obtained booth arrangements for this year's Canton Fair will be displayed online according to their respective exhibition areas. These enterprises can use the accounts of the original exhibiting EasyJet system to log in to the exhibition platform, while other users are not allowed to log in. Buyers and visitors who want to attend the exhibition can enter the online exhibition platform through the official website of the Canton Fair, and perform online exhibition operations such as logging in, registering, querying the company name, browsing the company's exclusive page, clicking on product information, and accessing the company's live streaming room (if the company has set access restrictions, visitors need to apply for an invitation code from the company to enter).
Exhibitor preparation? Each enterprise shall upload at least 10 representative products in each exhibition area; Enterprises that have obtained more than one booth need to upload 5 more products for each additional booth; Upload at least one video presentation file. There is no upper limit on the number of uploaded exhibits; Upload projects no less than the minimum requirement. Each enterprise can upload a VR format virtual booth in each exhibition area. The conference requires that all information be uploaded before May 25th.
Is the proxy trustworthy? Recently, officials of the Canton Fair have received reports that some people spread false information under the name of the online Canton Fair, allowing enterprises to upload materials, send related website links, and even charge fees, which has a negative impact. Exhibitors must pay attention to their business: firstly, the online information upload requirements of the Canton Fair will be transmitted to the enterprise through the trading group, and communication with the trading group must be maintained; Secondly, if enterprises have service needs such as publicity and promotion, they can choose service providers independently, voluntarily, and without any interference from the organizers or organizers. If a company encounters any unit or individual charging in the name of the conference, please do not be gullible and be careful not to be deceived.
